Overview
We want you to be happy with your TeachLoop purchase. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains when cancellations or refunds are permitted, how to request them, and the timelines involved.
1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases made on TeachLoop for online courses, digital products, subscriptions, and any physical goods sold via the platform.
2. Digital Products, Subscriptions & Courses
Immediate access products: For one-time purchases that grant instant access to digital content (courses, downloads, templates), refunds are generally not provided once access is granted or content is downloaded.
Subscriptions / Recurring plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges, but past charges are non-refundable. If you cancel during a billing period, you will retain access until the end of that billing period.
Free trials / Promotional credits: If you sign up for a free trial or use promotional credits, you will not be charged until the trial ends. To avoid charges, cancel your subscription before the trial expires.
3. Exceptional Refunds
We understand that exceptional cases arise. We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases such as:
Duplicate charges confirmed by us and your payment provider.
Inability to access content due to platform issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
To request an exceptional refund, contact our support team (details below) within 7 days of purchase and include order ID and reason.
4. Physical Goods (if applicable)
You may cancel a physical goods order before it is shipped for a full refund.
If an item is faulty or damaged, please raise the issue within 7 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. We may request photos as proof. Return shipping costs will be handled as described at the time of purchase.
5. Chargebacks & Fraud
If you dispute a charge through your bank or card provider, we will investigate and respond to the issuer. If the dispute is found to be invalid, we reserve the right to deny the chargeback and pursue collection of the amount owed.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days. Actual posting of the refund to your account depends on your payment provider and bank.
