This policy applies to any physical products, materials, or boxed items that may be sold through TeachLoop. For purely digital products (courses, downloads, templates), there is no shipping—access is delivered online immediately after purchase.
2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

Standard shipping is fulfilled via trusted carriers (example: India Post, Blue Dart, FedEx) and delivery timelines depend on the destination.
3. Shipping Times & Tracking
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive tracking information by email once the order ships.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
Free shipping promotions will be specified on the product or checkout page.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of packaging and the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
6. Exchanges & Returns (Physical Goods)
Exchanges for size, color, or variant are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition.
To request an exchange: email support@teachloop.ai with your order number, photos, and the reason for exchange. We will share return instructions.
Return shipping costs are handled as described at the time of purchase (may be borne by customer unless the item is defective).
7. International Duties & Taxes
International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
